Job description

Next Gen Exposure is expanding in Kalamazoo, MI, and we're looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associates.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing retail position focused on customer engagement, brand representation, product education, and creating a positive customer experience.

You don't need previous marketing experience to be considered. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching. We're especially interested in candidates who have developed strong communication, customer service, teamwork, or leadership skills through previous customer-facing positions.

What You'll Do
