Job summary

Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square is seeking a Brand Development Manager to support brand presence and growth. You will work with marketing, sales, and operations to craft campaigns, drive awareness, and enhance guest experience.

You will create engaging content, maintain brand voice, and build relationships with local partners to drive leads and bookings. The role requires 0-3 years in marketing or related fields and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Public Relations or a related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of marketing, hospitality, communications, sales, public relations or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; organizational and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase hotel awareness and drive business.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations within the community.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop collateral, campaigns and imagery to generate leads and revenue.
  • Monitor marketing results and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

This position supports the sales department and works closely with marketing, operations and leadership teams to create engaging campaigns, strengthen community relationships, increase brand awareness and enhance the overall guest experience.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThis description is a summary of primary responsibilities and qualifications. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase hotel awareness and drive business.Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and other digital platform channels.Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across marketing, websites and other digital channels.Coordinate promotional campaigns, special events, community activities and brand activations.Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, media outlets, influencers and community partners.Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to develop collateral, campaigns and imagery designed to generate leads, bookings, group business, increased revenue and repeat customers.Understand and support the functions of the Sales Department and related internal culture enhancing initiatives as deemed necessary.Promote hotel amenities, dining, events, hotel packages and special offers.Assist with photography, video, graphic design, menu creation, merchandising and cataloging of assets.Monitor social media engagement, website performance, campaign results and other marketing metrics.Help manage the hotels and outlets online reputation and respond appropriately to guest feedback.Coordinate with internal department to ensure marketing campaigns accurately represent the guest experience.Ensure all marketing activities follow corporate and Brand guidelines.Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, vendor relationships and project timelines.Assist with presentations, promotional materials, community outreach and public relations initiatives.Identify creative opportunities to differentiate the property from competitors.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Public Relations or a related field preferred0-3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, communications, sales, public relations or a related area.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project-management abilitiesComfortable using social media platforms and digital marketing toolsBasic understanding of marketing concepts, branding and customer engagementCreative mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamProfessional and personable communication styleAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred SkillsSocial media managementCanva or Adobe Creative SuiteEmail marketingContent CreationPhotography/VideoGoogle Analytics or similar reporting toolsEvent marketingPublic relationsCommunity partnership developmentBasic knowledge of SEO and digital advertisingPHYSICAL DEMANDSFrequent walking, standing, sitting, hearing, talking, smiling.
