Job summary

University Swaging in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Blast Operator to handle blast operations, rework, and production logs with minimal supervision. The role requires reading work orders, basic computer use, and adherence to safety rules; shift Friday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:45 pm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform blasting per router and supervisor schedule.
• Operate buffing wheel as required.
• Sandblast parts as needed.
• Ensure visual acceptance of castings.
• Record daily work and time by routing codes.
• Keep area clean, safe, and compliant with rules.
• Maintain pace with product flow to/from heat treat.
• May perform special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
