Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking entry-level Biomanufacturing Technicians for a GMP cleanroom environment in Madison, WI. You will manufacture biopharmaceuticals under supervision, following established procedures and BPRs to ensure quality and compliance.

The Central Services team offers a 3rd shift (10pm–8am) with a 15% differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, plus opportunities to grow within a dedicated biomanufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with TrackWise, ComplianceWire, JD Edwards, DeltaV, or Chromatography software is a plus.
• Able to meet physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs and work in a clean room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffers and weigh raw materials for production.
• Follow Batch Production Records (BPRs) and SOPs per cGMP guidelines.
• Document activities in compliance with GDPs.
• Identify and report deviations through the Rapid Response process.
• Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and mentor newer team members as needed.
• Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
