Job Summary

Job Description
- Oversee and maintain inventory of research materials.
- Process material requests efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with established ISO quality standards.
- Manage daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and workspace maintenance.
- Operate and maintain equipment and supplies to support smooth workflow.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Process materials in the laboratory according to established protocols.
- Manage material cooler storage and maintain cold storage rooms.
- Perform greenhouse and plant care activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet project requirements.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Assist with activities in primary and other departments as needed following training.
Skills Required

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard computer software.
- Basic mechanical ability and understanding of equipment maintenance.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Completion of an Associate of Science degree (A.S.) or higher.
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Comprehensive training will be provided in primary and other departments to support business needs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
- Start Time: 08:00 AM
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds with team assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and walk-behind forklifts for in-house inventory transportation.
- Ability to work in laboratory, greenhouse, cooler, and cold storage environments.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including outside ambient temperatures.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $27.21 to $35.21 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
