Charles River Laboratories is seeking an entry-level laboratory professional to support immunology and immunochemistry assays. The role involves performing ELISA and ligand-binding assays, with emphasis on method development, validation and routine sample analysis in both regulated and non-regulated spaces.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, willingness to work extended hours, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends on short notice.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Efficiently perform and document procedures in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate effective communication with peers, supervisor, and team.
• Assist with laboratory maintenance functions.
• Labeling and solution preparations; maintain study-specific inventory with oversight.
• Write deviations with minimal oversight.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives with oversight.
• Develop critical thinking, troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Assist in execution of routine sample analysis studies with oversight.
• Assist in execution of method validation projects with oversight as needed.
• Operate laboratory instruments with complete oversight.
• Assist with data analysis in appropriate software for at least one analytical platform.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
