Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete footings and foundations.
• Support general building tasks, including framing, assembly, and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read and follow basic instructions and diagrams from supervisors and lead crew members.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods.
• Able to work in outdoor jobsites
