Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is actively seeking a Business Intelligence Developer for the Medicaid segment. The role designs, creates, and maintains sustainable reporting solutions and analytical insights that improve efficiency, drive innovation, and inform data-driven decision making across the organization.

The role partners with business leaders across Medicaid to provide high-quality reporting and analysis that is accurate, well-researched, and helps identify risks and opportunities,

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with data, report development, and analysis in a workplace setting.
• 1 year of experience in query design and effective reporting design structure (All Levels).
• 4 years of experience (Levels 2-3) or 8 years (Levels 4-6) with data, reporting, and query design.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, health insurance, or managed care environment.
