Job summary

The Baldwin Group offers an entry-level position in employee benefits and insurance to build foundational skills for client strategies within the Financial Team & Employee Benefits Department.

You will contribute to a variety of projects, coordinate reporting workflows, and complete basic monthly financial reporting with some supervision, while gaining experience in health and group benefit programs and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; study in business, risk management, math, or relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Power BI data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to projects involving design, financing, delivery, and management of health and group benefit programs.
• Coordinates reporting workflow, project management, and project communication.
• Completes basic monthly financial reporting with oversight as needed.
