Job summary

The Baldwin Group is a cohesive team delivering health and group benefit programs for Employee Benefits clients. This role contributes to a wide variety of projects, coordinating reporting workflow, project management and communication.

The candidate will prepare basic monthly financial reporting and support more complex deliverables with oversight. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, math, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) required.
• Power BI data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to projects involving design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of health and group benefit programs for Employee Benefits clients.
• Coordinates reporting workflow, project management, and project communication.
• Completes basic monthly financial reporting, mostly independently and more complex deliverables and projects with oversight.
