Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Owasso. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are provided. Center operates 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.

Opportunities for advancement include RBT levels with increasing hourly pay and a future BCBA career path. Applicants should be 18+, have a diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain RBT

Formación

• Provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy under supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data during sessions.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
• Contribute to data collection and progress notes.
