The Autism Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate behavioral technician in Carol Stream, Illinois. This entry-level position offers free RBT training and competitive compensation of $17-$19 per hour. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and assist behavior analysts in implementing treatment plans.

The role requires excellent communication and time management skills. Responsibilities include direct care to clients, collecting data on their behavior, and maintaining confidentiality. Training will be provided for RBT certification, with all costs covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one or group therapy settings.
