Job summary

The Autism Therapy Group in Chicago is seeking a dedicated behavioral technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will assist behavior analysts, monitor patient behavior, and communicate with clients while maintaining confidentiality.

The role offers competitive compensation between $17-$19 per hour, free RBT training, and opportunities for mentorship. Candidates should be compassionate, have great communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours. RBT certification is required within 45 days, with costs covered by ATG.

Qualifications

• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 45 days of employment.
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must sustain long periods of sitting or standing.
