Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer predictable part-time roles and opportunities for full-time scheduling, with paid training and BCAT exam review.

We value a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA model and provide ongoing professional development, referrals, and a supportive supervisory team to foster growth across clinical ladders and leadership roles.

Qualifications

Experience working with children, autism a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; training provided by Cortica.
Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
Use evidence-based practices to support progress for families.
Document session data to track treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
