Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity.
• Provide progress updates to parents/caregivers as instructed by supervisor.
• Ensure all treatments follow behavior reduction and skills protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with individual and team settings.
