Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician in Minnetonka, MN. This full-time role involves working one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and helping kids learn through play and structured activities.

No experience is required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. Immediate start dates with a supportive, growth-oriented team and regular raises are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and must be verifiable.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Childcare or mental health-related experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
