Action Behavior Centers in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized treatment plans with children, collecting simple data and supporting progress.

You will help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities, staying engaged throughout sessions while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Prior experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and Bachelor’s Degree.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
