Action Behavior Centers in Plymouth, MN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism. You will follow personalized treatment plans, engage children through play and activities, and help maintain a safe, organized therapy space.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. Eligible candidates must be 18+, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and must provide proof (diploma or official transcript).
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
