Job summary

Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in home settings. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop essential skills and improve overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include collecting data, assisting with assessments, providing 1:1 ABA therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical, confidential care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
