Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated assistants to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. You will implement skill-building programs, record progress, and collaborate with families to support positive outcomes for children with Autism.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, including the 40-hour RBT course. The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling to accommodate students and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course (RBT).
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
• Paid training offered; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
