Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is seeking a Behavior Technician for a part-time role (≈15 hours/week) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or at home. You will reinforce behaviors, track progress on an iPad, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for supporting children and families affected by autism.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and active insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from training program.
• Track client progress using company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.
