Job summary

A behavior therapy provider in DuPont seeks a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This entry-level role requires no prior experience as comprehensive training will be provided to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT). Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in childcare, education, or other child-related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in our DuPont Treatment Center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
