Position Overview

The Behavior Technician works one‑on‑one with children to build communication, social and problem‑solving skills using evidence‑based ABA techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home‑based settings
• Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our industry‑leading training program
• Track client progress using a company‑issued iPad and data systems
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth

Schedule & Hours
