Pay Range: $20 - $27 /hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism in our centers or home-based settings.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using therapeutic techniques from our industry-leading training program.
  • Track client progress and growth by maintaining electronic health data on your company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Good judgment in responding to common client situations.
  • Effective, compassionate communication with children and caregivers.
  • Anyone seeking a rewarding career working with children. Previous experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is appreciated. All applicants are welcome!
What You Need
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Enrolled in or completed one college course (trade/tech school applicable).
  • Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs; we try to work with your availability.
  • The pay scale reflects hourly wages for clinical work; non-clinical work (training, travel, meetings) is paid at $16.50/hour.
