Description

Pay Range: $21 - $26 /hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

What you’ll do as a Behavior Technician:
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism in our centers or home-based settings.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using therapeutic techniques learned through our industry-leading training program.
  • Track client progress and growth with electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Good judgment in responding to common client situations.
  • Effective and compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
  • Experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is beneficial; all applicants are welcome.
What you need:
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate sessions at times most needed by families.

*The pay scale provided is for clinical work performed by team members, with non-clinical work paid separately at $14.70/hour.
