Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is seeking an Apprentice Bartender to support bartenders by stocking bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing stations while delivering 4-Diamond guest service in a high-volume casino setting.

The role requires excellent guest service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to ABC alcohol service laws; prior hospitality experience is a plus, with 6 months to 1 year in food & beverage.
