Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking an entry-level Banker in Wenatchee, WA to process client transactions accurately and welcome clients with a service-first mindset. You will introduce bank products and services to help clients reach their financial goals, refer specialists when needed, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth branch experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, reliability, and strong customer service while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications.
Comfort with basic math, negotiation and problem-solving.
Effective communication, including phone and email etiquette.
Strong relationship-building and customer service.
Ability to work branch hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
Provide an excellent client experience and serve as the face of the Bank.
Refer Bank products and services to help clients achieve financial goals.
Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Maintain high personal reliability and punctuality.
Sell Bank products and services through in-person and phone conversations, meeting referral standards.
Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulations.
