Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service or sales with goals.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows applications and calculator use.
• Effective communication and phone/email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide an excellent experience for clients and act as the face of the Bank.
• Refer Bank products and services to help clients reach goals.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and maintain reliability.
• Sell Bank products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Comply with all policies, security requirements, and regulations.
