Job summary

Premier Private Jets in Dayton, OH seeks an Avionics Technician Level 1 to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per manufacturer data and AAIP. You will coordinate with supervision to meet FAA paperwork and quality specs, ensure proper records, and handle tools and parts with precision.

The role requires FAA certification or active pursuit, up to 36 months of corporate aviation experience, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented approach. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P Certification or working toward FAA repairman certificate.
• Entry level with up to 36 months of corporate aviation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform aircraft maintenance actions and inspections as per data and program.
• Coordinate with supervision to ensure compliance with FAA paperwork and quality specs.
• Ensure proper inspection records and forms are completed prior to return to service.
• Follow procedures when using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Care for and maintain maintenance and facility tools and equipment.
• Read and understand manuals and referenced documents.
• Stay current with revisions of technical data.
• Properly handle and tag parts and components as required.
• Verify no defective parts are installed prior to release.
• Document on-the-job training and maintain records.
