Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations, IPM and ATA codes.
• Willingness to obtain required clearances and certificates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, drawings and work orders to troubleshoot, repair and install.
• Lead and train other technicians in proper work techniques.
• Schedule shop items to maintain on-time deliveries.
• Check mechanical components prior to installation.
• Estimate hours and materials for scheduled jobs.
• Collaborate with engineering on design enhancements and productivity.
• Specialize in installation, inspection, test, maintenance and repair of avionics systems.
• Operate required ground support equipment.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
