Job summary

Branson Design Group, LLC, a Boerne-based AV and smart home integration company, is seeking an entry-level AV Technician to join our installation team and grow with us. You will support the installation from rough-in through final commissioning, work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers, and follow the project’s approved scope of work to ensure quality handoff to clients.

Qualifications

Entry-level AV/low-voltage installation experience accepted; training provided.
Ability to read and follow project scope and wiring diagrams.
Comfort with ladders, attics/crawlspaces, and lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

Install AV, network, surveillance, control, and lighting equipment per project scope.
Run and terminate low-voltage cabling (speaker wire, Cat6, coax) to code.
Mount and wire racks, TVs, speakers, cameras, access points, and touchscreens.
Log daily work in D-Tools Cloud with times, checklists, and photos.
Stage and organize daily materials designated by the Project Manager.
Support Lead Technician during commissioning and system stress-testing.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Follow all safety procedures and on-site protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
