Qualifications

• Entry-level position with up to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AV equipment and good computer/software skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule.
• Availability to support programs/events, including evenings.
• Must be a detail-oriented multitasker and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of AV duties including installation assistance, reactive work, repairs, maintenance, and event setup.
• Ensure exhibitions function correctly and stay tidy during hours and events.
• Provide general site housekeeping and assist with daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and comply with policies.
• Provide basic desktop IT support and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with any other AV-related duties.
