Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AV systems, IT fundamentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and AV networks.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or management as needed.
• Keep knowledge up to date and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
