Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Tires Plus in Minnesota. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and component installations, and road test vehicles after service.

Qualifications include reading/writing, a valid driver’s license, and preferred automotive service experience. Full-time and part-time roles with benefits are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing ability to follow instructions and document work.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and safety practices.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
