Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team servicing vehicles at Firestone-branded centers. The role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical.
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
