Olathe Ford Lincoln is hiring a Quick Lane Technician for an entry-level role on-site in Olathe, KS. You will perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, using an iPad to document findings.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative team, with opportunities for Ford factory training and internal promotions as you learn new repair procedures and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with opportunities for Ford training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn repair procedures and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations and filter replacements.
• Replace batteries, wipers, and small light bulbs.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales.
• Record findings and recommend additional work using an iPad.
