Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative team responsible for servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Entry-level opportunity with full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program.

Pay range reflects hourly compensation in a dealership/retail auto service setting. The role emphasizes learning diagnostic and repair skills, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring road-ready vehicles through hands-on service

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
