Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care as part of a supportive team. This entry-level position focuses on diagnosing and repairing basic vehicle systems, performing maintenance, and learning through on-the-job training with company-funded ASE certifications.

Starting day one, teammates receive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
