Job summary
Fausak Tires & Service is seeking an entry-level Jr Automotive Technician to perform oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and more under ASE-trained technicians. Training paths are available to advance to ASE-certified levels. Starting pay is competitive with flat-rate incentives and benefits eligibility.
The role offers hands-on shop experience in a family-focused auto center, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience preferred.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
- Eligible to drive per MVR screening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willing to work Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Safely transports customers to and from residence or business.
- Picks up parts, tires, and supplies as needed using company vehicle.
- Operates company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner following traffic laws.
- Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections per guidelines.
- Performs tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotation.
- Performs oil changes and basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman.
- Notes vehicle condition and documents needs using inspection/repair orders.
- Keeps shop and service areas clean and well organized.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and reports concerns.
