Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, the Bridgestone Americas family, is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Quantico, VA location. This entry level role is part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles and helping build a career.

Full- and part-time benefits start from day one, including a tool program discount. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and support service operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
