Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our vehicle service team. This entry-level role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and drive customer and company vehicles as needed. We provide training and ASE certifications in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
