Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Nashville, TN. This entry-level role joins a supportive team delivering basic vehicle maintenance and repair services at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations.

You will diagnose, maintain, and service brakes, suspensions, tires, batteries, and electrical systems, with paid training and ASE certifications. Pay range is $11.88 to $17.82 per hour; full- and part-time benefits start from day one, including health, 401(k), and flexible

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and diagnostic skills to support vehicle maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
