Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Bastrop, TX. This entry-level role offers a structured training program to certify you across services, with opportunities for advancement and a robust benefits package.

You will service guest vehicles, participate in a training program, and support a team to deliver high-quality car care and guest experiences on a fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians and share knowledge.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
