Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and electrical checks under supervision.

This role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, plus a tool program discount. Qualified candidates should be able to drive customer and company vehicles, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Support the team with general maintenance tasks as needed.
