Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company seeks motivated individuals for an Entry Level Automotive Technician role in our Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will gain hands-on experience learning basic automotive services and receiving comprehensive training.

No experience is required; we train you to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct preventative maintenance while delivering outstanding service. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and other maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain safety policies.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Shift Information:

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
