Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic services while delivering outstanding customer service.

As you train with experienced technicians, you will develop skills in tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on safety and quality. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional automotive services.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
