General Description

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic automotive services including tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with experienced technicians to learn advanced automotive services.
• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and feedback.
• Promote teamwork to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting and handling tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience.
• Formal automotive training or entry-level/general labor experience.
