Qualifications

• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and store processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Able to work weekends; 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, and air/cabin filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; keep shop clean and organized.
