Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

Responsabilidades

• Learn basic automotive services with hands-on training.
• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication with guests.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels for extended periods.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.16 - $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
