Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, through its Just Tires automotive service centers, seeks an entry-level Automotive Technician. You'll learn basic services, rotate tires, perform oil changes, and support guest satisfaction.

Training is provided, with opportunities to advance as you gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Eligibility includes a valid driver’s license and being at least 18 years old.

• Willingness to learn automotive skills and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate clearly with guests
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations
• Follow established safety policies and procedures at all times
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Shift: Must be able to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends The pay range for this position is $15 - $17/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
